Rachel McGill is a Licensed Massage Therapist who believes that when life hurts, massage can help. After experiencing first hand how hiking and running, supported by regular massages, could improve quality of life, Rachel has had a passion for movement. She wants to get her clients pain free so they can delight in the simple joy of moving through life – be it a daily walk around the block or their next big race.
Since graduating from the Lauterstein-Conway School in 2013 Rachel has developed a practice specializing in therapeutic massage, which focuses on reducing muscle pain and chronic pain patterns. She has earned over 150 hours of advanced neuromuscular training, specializing in TMJ dysfunction, shoulder and hip impingement, and low back pain.
When she isn’t telling you to stretch more, she is at large running, hiking, or camping, usually in Texas.
